I searched for and found several HIPAA training sites; when I found KnowQo, it was the perfect fit for my needs. It was very easy to submit the names and emails of everyone who needed training. Each year we have 30 incoming Physician Assistant Students who must complete HIPAA training before matriculation. Finding KnowQo for that training has made this easier for the students and for the administration. With completion of training, the student is awarded a "certificate of completion," which they send to the admissions department for uploading to the student's file. This process has been seamless from the start, both from the administrative side and the ease of use for the student.
